LunchBuddy Terms of Service

            Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using LunchBuddy, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
        

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the LunchBuddy application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LunchBuddy. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and can form a binding contract.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

LunchBuddy allows users to create profiles, send messages, and share content. You are solely responsible for the content you post. To ensure a safe community, you strictly agree NOT to post or share content that:

Is abusive or harassing: Includes bullying, stalking, intimidation, or targeted harassment.
Contains hate speech: Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, or disability.
Is sexually explicit: Includes pornography, nudity, or overtly sexual material.
Depicts illegal acts or gratuitous violence: Promotes dangerous activities, self-harm, or graphic violence.
Endangers Children: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

4. User Blocking, Reporting, and Moderation

We provide built-in features to maintain user safety. If you encounter a user violating these terms, you must use the in-app reporting feature:

Navigate to the user's profile.
Tap the "Block" button.
Select "Report to LunchBuddy" and provide context in the text box.

Important: LunchBuddy reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the App at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our UGC Policy or Terms of Service. Users banned for severe violations (such as CSAM or severe harassment) will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

LunchBuddy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LunchBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or the conduct of other users.
